| Description |
Deutsch: 06.06.2016 04779 Wermsdorf: Freigut Calbitzer Straße 27 (GMP: 51.286321,12.942587). Gemäß der Inschrift im Haustür-Schlußstein wurde das kleine Herrenhaus 1742 erbaut. Es geht auf den kursächsischen Landjägermeister Hans Adolph von Ziegesar zurück. Er kaufte 1669 zwei benachbarte Bauerngüter in Wermsdorf, die er zusammenlegte. 1685 erhob Kurfürst Johann Georg III. von Sachsen, der seinen Landjägermeister belohnen wollte, den Grundbesitz zu einem Freigut. Eine vollständige Eigentümerfolge ist nicht überliefert. Das Freigut gehörte über drei Generationen der Familie Lorenz und gelangte 1839 an den Wermsdorfer Arzt Dr. Heinrich Bursian. 1925 war der 43 Hektar große Hof im Besitz des Landwirts Johannes Riedel.
