| Description |
English: The eastern, steel, spans of Stapleton Road Viaduct have been unused since 1984. Less than 100 years old they were in need of replacement so trains were concentrated on the older, stone built, western spans. It is now 2015 and the second pair of tracks is soon to be replaced to relieve overcrowding on the route between Bristol Temple Meads and Filton. |
