Summary[edit]
Description2011 United States Electricity Generation-semilog.png |
English: Electricity generation in the United States. Using a semilog scale it is easy to see the average 33% annual increase of wind power over the last decade. Solar power until 2010 was primarily from the 354 MW solar power plant completed in 1991, and since then is primarily from photovoltaics, which has been increasing the percentage increase by 10% each year during the last three years, increasing over 80% in 2011. |
