Description
Deutsch: 18.04.2011 04758 Terpitz (Liebschützberg): Dorfkirche (GMP: 51.328209,12.127663). Die evangelische Dorfkirche in Terpitz wurde 1711/12 errichtet und am ersten Advent 1712 geweiht. Sie ersetzte einen älteren Vorgängerbau. Die barocke Saalkirche hat eine einfache geometrische Gestalt. Das Kirchenschiff teilt sich in zwei Raumzonen. Der Westteil des Kirchenschiffes enthält das Gestühl, das sich auf drei Ebenen verteilt. Die beiden Emporengeschosse enden dicht unter der flachen Decke. Auf der unteren Westempore steht die von Orgelbaumeister Hermann Eule 1886 in Bautzen gefertigte Orgel. In der Mitte der Nordwand befand sich die verglaste Herrschaftsloge des Ritterguts Mannschatz, von der heute nur noch die Logenfront zu sehen ist. [DSCNn2305.TIF]20110418360DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
