Description
Deutsch: 15.04.2011 04758 Hof (Naundorf), Kirchweg: Dorfkirche (GMP: 51.241519,13.190792). Das barocke Gotteshaus ist eng mit dem ehemaligen Rittergut verbunden ist. Kirchenschiff und Turm wurden 1692 bis 1699 durch den Dresdner Hofmaurermeister Johann Gregor Fuchs (1650-1715) errichtet, der auch die Baupläne erstellte. Die Wappen am Turm erinnern an Georg Ludwig Grafen von Zinzendorf und Pottendorf (1662-1700) und seine Gemahlin Maria Elisabeth, geborene FreiinTeufel von Gundersdorf. Der beeindruckende Altar wurde vermutlich aus dem Vorgängerbau übernommen. Dietrich von Schleinitz der Jüngere stiftete ihn 1624 zum Gedenken an seinen 1612 verstorbenen gleichnamigen Vater. Der mehrgeschossige Aufbau besteht aus Sandstein, Alabaster und Holz; die Gemälde sind auf Zinkblech gemalt. Die Schauwand wurde offenbar einem älteren Altar aus der Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts vorgeblendet. Das Mittelgemälde zeigt in einer volkreichen Szene den Einzug Christi in Jerusalem. [DSCNn2179.TIF]20110415315DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
