Deutsch: 18.09.2009 01662 Meißen-Niederspaar: Deutschenboraer Weinberg. Das Herrenhaus Dresdner Straße 72 (GMP: 51.151350,13.491446) ist der stattliche Hof des Ritterguts
Deutschenbora. Ein Sandsteinrelief zeigt die Wappen der Familien von Mergenthal und von Wolfersdorf mit dem heute nur noch teilweise lesbaren Monogramm MMVMGW und der Jahreszahl 1695. Es wird vermutet, daß das barocke Herrenhaus vor 1748 für August Philipp von Mergenthal errichtet wurde. 1806 ging das Rittergut Deutschenbora in bürgerliche Hände über. In dieser Zeit scheint der Weinberg in Niederspaar verkauft worden zu sein. Um 1910 kam das Grundstück an den Berliner Spirituosenfabrikanten Otto Reichel. Reichels Besitz wurde nach 1945 teils enteignet, die in den 1930er Jahren eingeführte Bezeichnung "Reichelberg" für die Rebflächen in Niederspaar blieb jedoch erhalten. In der DDR wurde das schloßartige Gebäude als Jugendklub genutzt. Heute befindet sich das Herrenhaus im Besitz des Landkreises Meißen, der hier ein Wohnheim für kinderreiche Familien unterhält.
