UDLUV1 (would I? =) A very bright September 2008 (when it was first registered in the USA) Dodge Challenger SRT-8 seen at Darfield last year. Obviously, those plates are paper and not real. At the time I took this photo (April 2010) it was unregistered and had most likely only come off the boat from the USA shortly before this show was held. CarJam says it was first registered here 4 months later. Its licence expired early in July 2011, so it probably sits in a garage most of the time and is only taken to shows or for occasional cruises. I have two Matchbox models of this in orange and grey; when I saw this in the flesh I realised just how big and chunky it is. I love that crease along the side - it looks like someone has bent that door! |
