Description
Deutsch: 23.08.2008 01127 Dresden-Pieschen: Oschatzer Straße 15 / Ecke Konkordienstraße (GMP: 51.076075,51.076075). Wohn- und Geschäftshaus, erbaut um 1898. Heute Denkmal. Bis in die 1930er Jahre befand sich darin das Kaufhaus Fanger, später das Kaufhaus Hava. Nach 1945 betrieb die Konsumgenossenschaft Dresden das Kaufhaus. Seit der Wende nutzte die Drogeriemarktkette Schlecker bis zu ihrer Insolvenz 2012 das Erdgeschoss. Seit Dezember 2015 ist mit kurzer Unterbrechung der Istanbul Market, ein türkischer Supermarkt, im Erdgeschoss des Hauses ansässig.
