English: AWM Caption: WALLGROVE, NSW 1946-01-16. 2/5TH CAVALRY REGIMENT, 4TH ARMOURED BRIGADE. TROOPERS BENTLEY AND LEAR GET A BETTER VIEW OF THEIR CAMP FROM THE TOP OF THEIR GENERAL GRANT M3 MEDIUM TANK. THE TANK IS POWERED BY TWIN SIX CYLINDER GENERAL MOTORS' DIESELS DEVELOPING 375 HORSEPOWER,GIVING THE TANK A TOP SPEED OF THIRTY MILES PER HOUR. (PHOTOGRAPHER L. CPL E. MCQUILLAN)
