Summary[edit]

Description
English: Light field gun from early 19th century in Hämeenlinna artillery museum. Exact origin unknown, the wooden carriage probably belonged to Russian light gun-howitzer. The two inch cast iron muzzle-loaded barrel is probably from 18th century Saimaa gunboats.
Suomi: 1800-luvun alun kevyt kenttätykki Hämeenlinnan tykistömuseossa. Tykin alkuperää ei ole saatu toistaiseksi luotettavasti selvitetyksi, puinen lavetti on todennäköisesti venäläisten jääkärijoukkojen käyttämän kevyen kanuunahaupitsin lavetti. Valurautainen kahden tuuman suustaladattava putki lienee peräisin Saimaan 1700-luvun tykkiveneistä.
