| Description |
日本語: 戦後、1946年7月に米軍が撮影した八日市飛行場跡。滑走路は確認できない。飛行場中にある滑走路のようなものは離陸用の飛行機を並べるための戦闘準備線であり、南北700mほどある。その右側には格納庫を始めとする軍事施設が並び、施設群南西端の一段黒っぽく見える敷地は沖原神社である。飛行場南東には誘導路が張り巡らされているのが確認できるが、掩体壕の存在は確認されていない。左上に見えるのは八日市市街、右上を北西方向に流れるのは愛知(えち)川。飛行場南西端が曲線状であるのは蛇砂(へびすな)川に沿っているため。現在の八日市ICは南東の誘導路地帯にある。 |
