Description
English: This is a soap box race car constructed and piloted by class B entry Bill Telfer, who won the Kinsmen Coaster Classic championship in its inaugural race in 1938. The Kinsmen Coaster Classic was the first organized soap box race program in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and ran from 1938 to the early 1970s.
