Description
中文（繁體）：看到圖中的景象，讀者會覺得是什麼年代的事情呢？這是1934年日本時代臺灣軍特種演習，規模遍及新竹，桃園，臺北地區。演習內容著重空襲的各種情況，重要建築物佈滿了偽裝與防護、模擬疏散及損害復原等等項目。

圖為演練遭毒瓦斯攻擊的處理，演習地點在臺北，裡面的人員均戴上了防毒面具。可能許多人會覺得毒氣攻擊不可能發生在台灣，演習多此一舉，但10年後的1944年，二戰逐漸邁入尾聲，美軍擬定了對臺灣的大規模報復性毒氣攻擊計畫（所幸最後沒有實施）。
