Description
  • Italiano: Museo egizio di Milano (situato nel Castello sforzesco). Un papiro con il testo del Libro dei Morti, in scrittura ieratica, di età tolemaica. (Ho fatto del mio meglio per riprodurlo come ho potuto, nonostante nel museo sia proibito usare un treppiede per fotografare). Purtroppo ho perso il posto di questo frammento nella sequenza.   • English: Egyptian Museum in the Castello sforzesco in Milan, Italy. A papyrus displaying a copy of the Book of the Dead, in hieratic writing, dating from the Ptolemaic (i.e. late) period. (I managed to do my best to reproduce it all decently (somewhat), notwithstanding the fact that using tripods to shoot in the museum is forbidden). Regrettably, I misplaced this fragment, and I cannot find its place in the sequence any more. Picture by Giovanni Dall'Orto, February 14 2008.
