Description
Deutsch: Das hier abgebildete Plakat (ohne Kennzeichnung der Druckerei) in den Maßen circa 119,7 x 84,3 cm, aufgrund kleiner Altersfehler im Jahr Oktober 2015 angeboten für lediglich noch 8.500,-- Euro, entwarf der Künstler Jupp Wiertz in den Jahren um 1926/27 für das seinerzeit in Karlsruhe ansässige, zeitweilig Parfümerie- und Toilettenseifenfabrik F. Wolff & Sohn genannte Kosmetikunternehmen. Die Darstellung gilt als einer der Höhepunkte im Schaffen des Grafikers, ja der damaligen Plakatkunst überhaupt. Die Botschaft unter dem Titel

„Das Parfüm dieses Winters - Vogue“

stellt weniger auf das in einem edlen Flakon präsentierte Parfüm ab als mehr auf das Lebensgefühl und dessen eleganten Ausdruck in der dargestellten, trotz des Winters nur leicht bekleideten jungen Dame der Goldenen Zwanziger Jahre - zumindest für die Glücklichen, die sich diesen Luxus nach der Deutschen Hyperinflation denn leisten konnten ...
