Description
Nederlands: Luchtfoto van het nog niet helemaal volgebouwde Villapark (Wilhelminapark), met daarboven de omgeving van de Dr. Matthijssenstraat. Rechts van het park: de boterkleurselfabriek van Van der Grinten (het latere "Océ") en de eerste vleugel van het St. Thomascollege. Rechts beneden: de Helbeek met op de hoek café "Eugenia". Links: het Mgr. Nolensplein met de Gasfabriek. In het midden: het Kantongerecht op de hoek van de Parkstraat en het Mgr. Nolensplein.
