| Description |
English: Two of the three Porter-Knight Indianapolis racecars built in 1914-1915 for the 1915 Indianapolis 500. The cars got 52 HP Willys-Knight 4 cylinder engines. Photographed in front of the Ardencraig Inn in Port Jefferson NY, which was destroyed by fire in 1920. Because of engine problems, none did start in Indianapolis. |
