Description
English: 4 HP, 2-passenger runabout designed and built by Sebastian Blimline, carriage maker in Sinking Springs, PA. This vehicle is the second of two cars he built, with a gasoline engine. The first, built in 1898, had a 1 1/2 HP engine.
