Summary[edit]

Description
English: 1895 advertisement for the Kane-Pennington Victoria. The engine by E.J. Pennington was a faulty, ill-constructed affair. The vehicle was registered for several races, the Chicago Time Herald contest among them, but did never pass the starting line. It is doubtful if it would have passed technical inspection, before.
