English: Evdokia (Avdotia) Ivanovna Golitsyna (1780—1850), Princess, daughter of the Earl I. M. Izmailov and Duchess A. B. Yusupova. Wife of Prince Golitsyn S. M. (from 1799). Hostess of the salon (Réunion de dames) in St. Petersburg, a frequent visitor of which in 1817—1820 was A. S. Pushkin. Many contemporaries called her as a "Princesse nocturne" ("Princess of the Night") or "Princesse de minuit" ("Midnight Princess").
Русский: Голицына Евдокия (Авдотья) Ивановна (1780—1850), княгиня, дочь графа И. М. Измайлова и княгини А. Б. Юсуповой. Жена князя С. М. Голицына (с 1799). Хозяйка петербургского салона, постоянным посетителем которого в 1817—1820 годах был A. C. Пушкин. Современники называли её «Princesse nocturne» или «Принцесса ночи» и «Princesse de minuit» или «Принцесса полночи»
