Ronald Boxall meets with members of an honor flight from Kansas at the U.S. Navy Memorial in Washington, D.C., before a ceremony commemorating the 76th anniversary of the Battle of Midway. The Battle of Midway is considered by many to be the turning point of World War II in the Pacific and is celebrated as one of the most well-known victories in U.S. naval forces' history.
