Summary[edit]

Description
English: This two-and-a-half story house at 1763 Upper Chelsea Road was owned by Harvey A. Miller and appeared on the cover of the June 1918 Norwester magazine. Its Tudor features were typical of houses in the early days of Upper Arlington. The front yard was covered in roses, and the accompanying story described the beauty and lore of the rose, "the queen of flowers." The article also gave abundant advice on how best to grow roses.
