Description
English: Controller board of high power stroboscope (16 KW). Based on Attiny2313 microcontroller. Powered with 16 A three phase. Also, it has some mistakes:
  • 1) Terminals shouldn't be glued to the panel, they should be inside the junction box.
  • 2) To avoid fatal mistakes in this cable salad, each pole should have one defined color.
  • 3) Transformer is built from 2 coils: primary and secondary; resistance of primary coil in first sine wave is too low (cause primary coil is not magnetized at this time and nothing resist to gaining current). Due to this, start current can burn light switch's terminals, cause they are not designed for coil start current.
  • 4) RS605 rectifier is designed for 6A, but Attiny2312 consumes less than 1 mA.
  • 5) To straight sine from pulsing current to direct current, circuit should contain at least a capacitor (but better is a LC-filter).
  • 6) As this circuit contains knots, which are designed for current less than 16A, low-current circuits should have low-current fuses to avoid their overheating or burning.
  • 7) To avoid interference driving wires should be divided from power wires.
