Description
English: 160511-N-IN729-195 WATERS EAST OF JAPAN (May 11, 2016) Legalman 2nd Class Steven Dees, from Lakeland, Florida, bandages a simulated sucking chest wound on Logistics Specialist 3rd Class William Jones, from Cleveland, Ohio, during the tactical combat casualty care course aboard the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Sailors learned advanced life-saving skills and techniques throughout the three-day course. Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force, which protects and defends the collective maritime interests of the U.S. and its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
