Description 160302-N-VY489-010 MEDITERRANEAN SEA (March 2, 2016) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Mark Miller, right, demonstrates security force compliance techniques during Sentry/Security Reaction Force-Basic training aboard USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) March 2, 2016. The course is a two-week security-training program that provides the fundamentals of watchstanding and the use of weapons to Sailors. Mount Whitney, the U.S. 6th Fleet command and control ship, forward deployed to Gaeta, Italy, is conducting naval operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. National security interests in Europe.
