Description
English: 152 H 17 howitzer in Hämeenlinna artillery museum. A 152 mm version of French Canon de 155 C modèle 1917 Schneider, eight of which were ordered by Finland in 1928. Original wooden wheels with solid rubber tires for motor towing. Manufactured by Schneider in 1929, serial number 5, breech block manufactured by VTT in 1943, rebarreled in 1944.
Suomi: 152 H 17 haupitsi Hämeenlinnan tykistömuseossa. Ranskalaisen Canon de 155 C modèle 1917 Schneider haupitsin 152 mm:n muunnos joita Suomeen tilattiin kahdeksan vuonna 1928. Alkuperäiset puupyörät kovakumivantein moottorivetoa varten. Valmistanut Schneider vuonna 1929, sarjanumero 5, lukon valmistanut VTT 1943, putkitettu 1944.
