English: PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Petty Officer 3rd class Darren Hicks, an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter air crew rescue swimmer from Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., catches his breath after training in the James River in the vicinity of the Monitor-Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Dec. 28, 2011.
