English: 120618-N-QD718-058 MINA SALMAN PIER, Bahrain (June 18, 2012) Republic of Korea Navy Rear Adm. Anho Chung, relieves, Royal Thai Navy Rear Adm. Tanin Likitawong, commander, Combined Task Force (CTF) 151 while Vice Adm. John. Miller, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command/Fifth Fleet/Combined Maritime Forces, center, observes, during change of command ceremony aboard Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) Fort Victoria (A387). CTF 151 is a multi-national, mission-based task force working under CMF, to conduct counter-piracy operations in the Southern Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Somali Basin, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean.
