תיאור: סניף קופת חולים כללית מעוטר בעבודת קרמיקה.
הערות: ניר אליהו עלה על הקרקע ב-27 ביולי 1950 , במטרה להוות חוליה שלישית עם רמת הכובש וקיבוץ אייל אל מול קלקיליה מעברו השני של הגבול עם ירדן (הקו הירוק), שהיה מרוחק מהקיבוץ כחצי קילומטר.. לפני כן, במהלך מלחמת העצמאות, שימש אתר העלייה לקרקע של הקיבוץ עמדה קדמית של כוחות ערביים שנלחמו נגד כפר סבא ורמת הכובש. הקיבוץ נקרא על שם אליהו גולומב ויושב על ידי חברות נוער של הקיבוצים גלעד, כפר גלעדי, עין חרוד, ואשדות יעקב,שכללו יוצאי טורקיה וחניכי עליית הנוער מרומניה ומפולין.(ויקיפדיה)
