Description
English: Parade of Sail on 4 July 1976: Operation Sail at the occasion of the US Bicentennial...
Tall ships: The square rigger in the middle is probably Dar Pomorza (compare description of this image of the Parade of Sail); to her right, Sagres (III) has the characteristic red crosses on her sails; to the right, the four-masted barquentine is Esmeralda or Juan Sebastián de Elcano (at least today, Juan Sebastián de Elcano is as a topsail schooner, without the lowest square sail... but possibly she was rigged as a barquentine back in the days).
