Summary[edit]

Description
English: This stucco home, located at 1070 Virginia Avenue in the Northwest Boulevard area of Grandview Heights, was advertised for sale in the January 1919 issue of the Norwester magazine. The advertisement mentioned that it was up in the knolls with a great view, that it had a large living room with a fireplace, a well-lit dining and breakfast room, a kitchen with built-in cupboards, a hall and lavatory on the first floor, four bedrooms and a tiled bathroom on the second floor, plus a two-car garage. The house was for sale by the Northwest Boulevard Company, and F.A. Shawaker was the sales manager.
