Description The New Jersey Army National Guard's 104th Brigade Engineers Battalion - Horizontal Construction platoon took on the task of flattening and clearing an unused section of the Conrail Rail Yard in Morrisvile, PA on March 30, 2017. The 104th BEB cleared the area to prepare the grounds as a staging and loading area for the 50th IBCT's rail transport to Fort Pickett, VA to participate in the eXportable Combat Training Capability exercise.
