Name: Petah Tikva Yeshiva Lomza
Description: The building of the Lomza Yeshiva, which was opened in Petah Tikva, in 1926. The inauguration ceremony of the yeshivas beit midrash was held in the presence of Rabbi Kook and Rabbi Uziel. At that time, about 60 young men studied at the yeshiva.

שם: פתח תקוה ישיבת לומזה
תיאור: לוח הנצחה משיש בחזית, ישיבת לומזה אשר נפתחה ,בפתח תקוה,בשנת 1926. מעמד חנוכת בית המדרש של הישיבה נערך בנוכחות הראי"ה קוק והרב בן-ציון מאיר חי עוזיאל. באותה תקופה למדו בישיבה כ-60 בחורים.
הערות: ישיבת לוֹמְזָ'ה (מבוטאת לוֹמְזֶ'ה) הייתה ישיבה שפעלה בעיר לומז'ה. הישיבה הוקמה בשנת 1883 על ידי רבי אליעזר שולביץ שהיה מתלמידי רבי ישראל מסלנט - ועל כן הייתה אחת מישיבות תנועת המוסר. כששכנה בעיר לומז'ה הישיבה מנתה בממוצע כחמש מאות תלמידים וכמה עשרות אברכים. סניף של הישיבה הוקם בפתח תקווה בשנות ה-20 של המאה ה-20. הישיבה בלומז'ה נסגרה בשואה וזו שבפתח תקווה הפכה לכולל אברכים.
