Description 102-104 Fulton Street between Dutch and William Streets in the Financial District of New York City, known as the Fulton-Chambers Building, was built in 1896 and was designed by James M. Farnsworth in the Renaissance Revival style. It was converted to condominiums in 2004. (Source: "The Fulton Chambers")
