Description
Deutsch: Der Bau der Kathedrale von Albi (Cathédrale Sainte-Cécilie d'Albi) in der heutigen Form wurde im Jahre 1492 abgeschlossen. Die einschiffige Saalkirche gilt als eine der größten Backsteinkirchen der Welt und sie wirkt wie eine Wehrkirche. Die Mauern sind bis zu sechs Meter dick.
English: The construction of the cathedral of Albi (Cathédrale Sainte-Cécilie d'Albi) in its present form was completed in 1492. The one-nave Saalkirche is one of the largest brick churches in the world and it looks like a castle. The walls are up to six meters thick.
