As you can see the most part of Italian land does not allow permission to use these devices at all: "sensitive sites" definition includes nature preservation parks and astronomical observatories. It has to be remarked too that some town does not allow light beamers usage according to road traffic rules ("Codice della Strada" in Italian language): article 23 states that driver's attention cannot be diverted by advertisement light signs |
