中文（繁體）：其皮、叶、根均可提制芳香油。树皮作肉桂皮代用品。叶可代替月桂叶作为腌菜及肉类罐头的香料。果核亦含脂肪，可榨油供工业用。木材供上等家具及其他细工用材（引文自「阴香」http://www.iplant.cn/info/Cinnamomum%20burmanni ） 。攝於台灣台中。
English: Cinnamomum burmanni is native to China. Aromatic oil can be extracted from its skin, leaves, and roots. Its bark is used as a substitute for cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum). The leaves can be used as a spice for preserved food and canned meat instead of laurel leaves. The core contains fat, which can be squeezed for industrial use.
