Description
中文（中国大陆）：位于日本京都府京都市金戒光明寺的「五劫思惟阿弥陀佛」石像。石像的发型造型奇特，螺发较一般佛像更为膨胀、发量也明显更多。

这体现了佛教中「五劫思维」的概念。据该宗教的典籍《佛说无量寿经》记载，阿弥陀佛在身为法藏比丘时，为了考虑能够拯救人类苦难的净土，而思考了长达五劫的时间。（汉译文：「具足五劫 思惟攝取 莊嚴佛國 淸淨之行」（康僧铠翻译）

「劫」是古印度文化中的一种时间单位，通常用来描述非常长的时间。因此金戒光明寺的该石像表现了阿弥陀佛（法藏比丘）因考虑时间长久而头发生长、盘绕的情形。

据金戒光明寺网站说明，该石佛被认为制作于日本江户时代中期。
