[システムの構成] 手術に必要な機能を4分割し、手術車、手術準備車、減菌車、衛生補給車として手術システムを構成。 [重量] 手術車,手術準備車,減菌車,衛生補給車各車3.5t [手術能力] 開胸、開腹、開頭術など救命のための初期外科手術ができ、1日10～15人の手術が可能。 [手術等要員] 手術要員は、手術者（執刀医）、同助手、麻酔係、機器係の計4人。手術準備要員は、X線係、臨検係、準備係計3人を基準とする。 [製作]日本トレクス等|東芝メディカル 後方支援連隊衛生隊に装備し、師団収容所において初期外科手術及び応急治療に使用し、戦闘傷者の救命率の向上を図る。手術に必要な4機能をシェルター化し、大型トラックに搭載して機動性容易な動く手術（治療）室である。手術車は、手術所要面積を確保するため約2倍に拡幅でき、術者の術前準備等のための手術準備車と連結して使用する。システムには手術及び応急治療に必要な医療器材が搭載されている。システムに必要な電源・水は、15KVA発動発電機2台、1t水タンクトレーラ1台を手術車を除く各車でけん引している。 |
