In case you have no idea wtf is going on here, socks are attached to the clothes hanger and being hung dry on the street. And we are not talking about hidden alleys shielded from the street. This is hung right at the entrance to the Heng On MTR station. And they don’t come in numbers. Just two pairs. In the middle of no where. Crazy good or not? You decide.
