中文：這時蔣宋美齡（1897-2003）在婦女會縫紉班為前線戰士親縫征衣的影像，據國史館典藏號002-050113-00002-030，拍攝時間應為1938（民國27年）10月，拍攝地點為漢口。故明信片上時間為誤植。 抗戰時期婦女的生產事業，主要都集中在手工業類的輕工業，一方面較適婦女體力，另一方面這類工作在戰前亦主要由婦女負責。由於沿海大小工業區屢遭戰火，國民政府只好發起工業合作運動，以供應戰時所需便在1938（民國27年）年8月成立中國工業合作協會（簡稱「工合會」）做為推動的組織。採取合作方式，聚集零散資金、人力，作有計畫的生產事業。由於工合會輔助成立多輕工業或改良手工業，特別適合婦女。鑒於許多地方參與工作者，幾乎都是婦女，因此特赦婦女工作部。而各婦女團體中，生產事業最大的要屬「新運婦指會」（新生活運動婦女指導委員會，1938年7月在漢口改組成立，由蔣夫人擔任指導長。抗戰時期，國民黨內動員婦女參加抗敵後援工作的組織，計有中央及各省市黨部所組設之婦女運動委員會、全國各地婦女會、三民主義青年團女青年處等。新運婦指會雖非隸屬於國民黨，但會內重要幹部及參與者以與國民黨員部分重疊）。 |
