Description

朝州蒸鱼 Teochew-style Steamed Mock-Fish

Mock-fish made with rolls of 豆腐皮 beancurd sheet, wrapped in a 海苔 seaweed fish-skin, topped with shredded mock-ham made of textured soy-protein and 咸酸菜 preserved mustard greens. Yum!

I always liked beancurd mock fish, which is usually deep fried. The steamed version is even better because of the moistness and silkiness of the beancurd.
