| Description |
中文（臺灣）：此照片為民國40年（1951）花蓮忠烈祠前方的階梯，可以從圖中看見階梯旁有數座日治時期花蓮港神社的石燈籠，當時還保存良好，以及後方尚未拆除的吊橋。後方的吊橋於民國59年（1970）因颱風受損而改建為現今的水泥橋樑。此吊橋橫跨美崙溪，於日治時期稱為「宮の橋」，戰後改稱為「尚志橋」，為通往花蓮忠烈祠的必經之路。花蓮忠烈祠因位處市郊，成為當時民眾常去的踏青地點。照片中的四位男士並排地走在階梯上，朝神社走去，像是電影般的畫面。此照片由江月珠提供。 |
