മലയാളം: പഴംപൊരി അഥവാ ഏത്തയ്ക്കാപ്പം അഥവാ വാഴ്ക്കാപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ നല്ലവണ്ണം പഴുത്ത ഏത്തപ്പഴം കടലമാവ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മൈദയിൽ ഇത്തിരി മഞ്ഞൾപ്പൊടിയും ഉപ്പും എള്ളും പഞ്ചസാരയും അൽപം വെള്ളവും ചേർത്ത് കുഴച്ചതിൽ മുക്കി വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയിൽ വറുത്തെടുക്കുക.
English: Pazhampori is made by dipping pieces of ripe bananas in a batter of lentil flour or refined wheat flour mixed with little turmeric powder, sesame seeds, salt and sugar to taste and just enough water followed by deep frying it in coconut oil.
