العربية: سلق المعكرونة مع ملعقة ملح وتترك على جنب، ونحمر البصل حتى يذبل وعليه معجون الثوم وصلصلة الطماطم ولما تتسبك نضيف للحم المفروم ونحمسهم مع بعض، نزيد البهارات وهي عباره عن ملعقة صغيرة من الملح والفلفل الأسود والفلفل الأحمر، والكمون والكزبرة والبابريكا.
بعد ما تطلع رائحة البهارات نضيف الطماطم المبشور والكزبرة والشبنت مخلوطين مع بعض وكمية خضار مثلجة مشكلة ونزيد عليهم كوب ونصف ماء حار ونخليها 5 دقائق، بعدها نرجع على الخلطة المعكرونة المسلوقة ونخليها تتسبك 5 دقائق ثانية، وتقدم على الفطور بالعافية. |
