Հայերեն: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պետական զինանշանն իրենից ներկայացնում է մի թեւատարած արծիվ, որի գլխավերեւում տարածվում են արեւի ճառագայթները, եւ Արտաշիսյանների հարստության թագն է: Կենտրոնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պետական դրոշի եւ Մեծ Քիրս լեռան ֆոնի վրա «Տատիկ եւ Պապիկ» քանդակի պատկերն է: Ներքեւի մասում արծվի ճանկերի մեջ խաղողի վազեր են, թթենու պտուղներ, ցորենի հասկեր: Վերեւի կիսաշրջանում արված է հայերեն մակագրություն` «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն-Արցախ»:
