Машина универсальная МАЗ 6312В9 на комбинированном ходу (ЛОКОМОБИЛЬ) предназначена для использования в качестве ремонтной машины на автомобильных дорогах общего пользования, а также выполнения работ по подъему груза при погрузочно-разгрузочных работах, ремонте и содержании трамвайный путей и железных дорог. Машина универсальная МАЗ 6312В9 представляет собой самоходную колесную машину с фронтальным рабочим оборудованием и предназначена главным образом для коммунальных работ с быстросъемным навесным оборудованием, погрузочно-разгрузочных операций и передвижение с составом порожних или груженых вагонов общим весом не более 1000 тонн. Машина универсальная МАЗ 6312В9 может эксплуатироваться в различных климатических условиях при температуре от минут 40оС до плюс 40оС.
