Description Жінкам під час вагітності й годування грудьми потрібно більше йоду. Йод особливо необхідний вагітним жінкам и молодим матерям, що годують грудьми, оскільки від нього залежить формування нервової системи і мозку дитини. Тому, окрім 3—5 грамів йодованої солі на день, їм потрібне додаткове джерело йоду. Обов'язково зверніться до лікаря та підберить відповідний препарат йоду, щоб не позбавити свою дитину можливості бути розумною і успішною. Ні в якому разі не вживайте внутрішньо спиртові настоянки і розчини йоду — вони не допоможуть компенсувати йододефіцит, але можуть спричинити передозування йоду, алергічні реакції та опіки.
