Polski: Widoczna na fotografii rozeta to środek symetrii "chusty tureckiej", nazywanej też "szpiglem", wykonanej z cienkiej wełny. Po prawej widoczny jest brzeg, wykończony frędzlami. Chusta ma rozmiar ok. 1,5 x 3 m. Była prezentem ślubnym od matki chrzestnej Panny Młodej, elementem stroju ludowego na Górnym Śląsku. Zazwyczaj środek "szpigla" pozostawał czarny.
English: The rosette visible in the photograph is the center of symmetry of the "Turkish scarf", also called (from German "spiegel" - mirror). It was made of thin wool. On the right edge is visible, finished with fringes. The shawl is about 1.5 x 3 m in size. It was a wedding gift from the Godmother of the Bride, an element of folk costume in Upper Silesia (Poland). Usually the "spiegel" agent remained black.
Deutsch: Die auf dem Foto sichtbare Rosette ist das Symmetriezentrum des "türkischen Schals", auch "Spiegel" genannt. Es bestand aus dünner Wolle. Am rechten Rand ist gesehen, mit Fransen fert. Der Schal ist ungefähr 1,5 x 3 m groß. Es war ein Hochzeitsgeschenk der Patin der Braut, ein Element der Tracht in Oberschlesien (Polen).
