Description
English: The floats are lit from within. It gives the whole experience a magical feel. They're big enough they have dudes up top to help steer, and they also usually have attendants with bamboo poles to prop up the power lines! You can see the group of people, directly below and in front of the float, that will be hauling it through downtown Hirosaki. (original text)
